A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and transferring between
items of the existing appropriations from the state fund,
general revenue, to the department of tax and revenue -- tax
division, account no. fund 0470, fiscal year 1998,
organization 0702, as originally appropriated by chapter
five, acts of the Legislature, first regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, known as the budget
bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriations from the state
fund, general revenue, to the department of tax and revenue, tax
division, account no. fund 0470, fiscal year 1998, organization
0702, be amended and reduced in the line items as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and transfer between existing items in
the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit. The item
for unclassified is reduced by two hundred seventy-one thousand
two hundred fifty-six dollars. The item for personal services is
increased by two hundred seventy-one thousand two hundred fifty- six dollars. The amounts as itemized for expenditure in the
fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-eight, shall be available for expenditure
immediately upon the effective date of this bill.
